About job

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, support in branding of the company through HR activities, participating in career events. Also responsible for creating strong talent pipeline for company’s current and future hiring needs and maintaining strong relation with external parties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, HR Diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with manufacturing firms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend and represent Elsewedy Electric at the Employment Fairs
  • Prepare Internal Postings Announcements & Notify eligible workers of position availability.
  • Participate in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for the Corporate programs and hiring requests
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance through various sources such as (Company Website, Referrals, Employment Fairs, Universities, etc...)
  • Conduct phone screening and Competency Based Interviews.
  • Fill Competency
  • Based Evaluation form according to the position’s required proficiency level.
  • Maintain an updated database for all applicants & their statuses for future references.
