To smoothly manage, develop & deliver winning bids and effectively coordinate the activities for solution design & bidding projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bsc of Engineering (Telecommunication / Computer Science).
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive tenders and follow the bid gates process.
  • Analyze tender requirements, decide timelines and responsibilities, and assign tasks to selected bid team
  • Track the progress of the running tenders and manage team deliverable, on time.
  • Prepare the bid submittals working closely with the sales representatives, SMEs and other stakeholders
  • Organize bid reviews and obtain internal approval, in particular on risks and profitability
  • Ensure that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the best proposal possible
  • Ensure the transition to the delivery manager after the contract is awarded
  • Obtaining feedback when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
  • Develop and keep updated key staff CVs with variations to suit different types of project/client
