About job

• Facility & Maintenance Manager’s job is to plan, budget, monitor and document all aspects of projects regarding existing and planned STA facilities and buildings and overseeing the implementation of the STA standards, its vision and mission in these projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Civil Engineer)
  • Have a previous experience related to the same field
  • Certification as a project management professional (PMP) is plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic and English language.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the scope of the projects in collaboration with senior management.
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and sub
  • contractors.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on
  • time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project timeline plan to track progress.
  • Establish a security system to maintain a secure environment and follow up it.
  • Ensure all company/ project policies, procedures and standards are maintained.
  • Prepare, negotiate and implement agreements and suppliers offers.
  • Liaise within the departments and contracting parties involved within all aspects of the project.
