About job

Responsible for answering the customers’ inquiries and linking the customer with the person in charge of their requests. Handling customer satisfaction survey with the objective of retaining our customer and improving their experience with the company

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years experience in Call Center is preferable
  • Strong IT Background is preferred
  • Language: Arabic & English
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office
  • Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phones professionally.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handling customer satisfaction survey.
  • Handle and tracking customer complaints and document resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate contact persons.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Prepare activity analysis reports.
