About job

To support the BD Director and BD Manager(s) with administrative tasks and duties to achieve targets. To support the O&G Division to maintain high levels of communications & customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and/or administration
  • Fluent English & Arabic.
  • Microsoft office.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the O&G Division and to support the team to meet targets.
  • To support the Oil & Gas Division Team with preparing documents in regards to registration of all Elsewedy Electric services, pre qualifications of the company in current and future tenders / projects, etc…. Following up and monitor registration and pre qualification process.
  • To ensure good communications with managers, colleagues, customers and external partners providing timely and responsive feedback against enquirers
  • To ensure the confidentiality and security of the company’s documentation and information
  • To draft presentations.
  • To word process documents (i.e. letters, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, etc…)
  • To organise and convene meetings as required
  • To take minutes of meetings as required
  • To maintain Outlook Calendars of the O&G Division Team, including making appointments for the Business Development representatives to meet with clients (external & internal), partners (in Egypt and outside Egypt) through calls, emails, etc…
  • To maintain the filing systems of the O&G Division (electronic and manual)
  • To order office supplies as required
  • To be responsible for all the administrative work for the division.
