About job

Develop projects, support in profitable growth via building strong, enduring relationships with key government departments and officials in Egypt, local and foreign operating companies within the O&G Sector as well as business partners including private companies and Contractors in order to attain related growth projects and assist in growing of Elsewedy Electric Business within the Oil & Gas Sector.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
  • MBA in Business Administration is preferably
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or business development in multinational company with diversified portfolio.
  • Oil & Gas experience is a MUST especially in the Middle stream and Downstream sectors.
  • Fluent English & Arabic.
  • Microsoft office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Raise the level of awareness of Elsewedy Electric capabilities and portfolio in O&G sector in Egypt.
  • Create and maintain business relationships with key customers contacts and management through meetings, anticipating customer needs and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Follow market activities to anticipate new trends and capture business opportunities.
  • Analyze opportunities, act upon them, create and maintain funnel of opportunities commensurate with growth ambition of the company and communicate those to senior management.
  • Research, qualify and prioritize potential customers.
  • Research the customer’s aspirations and share this knowledge and intelligence with the team.
  • Provide input on new service offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends to anticipate future customer demands.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance of records and reports concerning customers contacts and scheduled business development activities.
  • Prepare, present and execute business development action plans for specific targets.
  • Help develop new business, sales and client relations for defined markets.
  • Create relationships and partnerships with internal and external groups regarding existing and new services.
  • Research competitors’ value propositions by gathering, analyzing, and acting on market intelligence.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence respective account assignment.
  • Provide support for deal processes, including deal structuring, contract negotiation, and overall communication with internal and external parties.
  • Professional credibility within the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
